• The item arrives with a manufacturing defect
• The item is damaged due to production or quality issues

Please double-check the name, theme, and order details before placing your order. We cannot accept refunds or returns for customer spelling mistakes, wrong theme selection, or change of mind.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately after receiving the product and send clear photos or videos of the problem. This helps us review and resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
