Payment Method

Fablebabe offers secure and convenient payment options so you can shop with confidence. All available payment methods will be displayed at checkout based on your device, location, and order eligibility.

Accepted Payment Methods 

We currently accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Express Checkout: PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Afterpay, Klarna (where available at checkout)

Payment options may change from time to time. The methods displayed at checkout are those currently available for your order.

Payment Currency 

All prices on Fablebabe are listed and processed in USD ($).

If your payment account is in another currency (such as AUD), your bank or card issuer will convert the currency at their current exchange rate and may apply international transaction fees. These charges are determined by your financial institution and are not collected by Fablebabe.

Secure Payments 

Our online store is powered by Shopify, and payments are processed through Shopify Payments and approved third-party gateways.

Your payment details are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Fablebabe does not store or have access to your full credit card details.

When Payment is Charged 

Payment is charged immediately when your order is placed and successfully confirmed.

  • Personalized Products: Production will begin after payment approval and submission of all custom details.

  • Please review all names, dates, spellings, and options carefully before completing your purchase. Once production starts (or after the 12-hour cancellation window), updates or cancellations are no longer possible.

Payment Authorization & Failed Payments 

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized and you receive an order confirmation email from us.

If your payment is declined, please check that:

  • Card numbers, expiration date, and CVV code are correct.

  • Your billing address matches the address on file with your bank.

  • Sufficient funds or credit limits are available.

  • Your bank has not blocked international or online transactions.

Buy Now, Pay Later Services 

If Afterpay, Klarna, or another flexible payment option is selected at checkout, your transaction is subject to the provider’s terms, eligibility checks, and repayment schedules. Fablebabe does not manage payment plans or credit approvals for third-party providers.

Discounts and Promotional Codes

  • Promo codes must be applied at checkout before payment is finalized. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
  • Only one discount code can be applied per order.
  • Free shipping eligibility ($120+ USD) is calculated after discount codes have been applied.

Refunds Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout (less any applicable 10% cancellation or restocking fees as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy). Please allow 5–10 business days for refunded amounts to reflect on your statement.
