Refund policy

At FableBabe, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your "fairytale" purchases. To ensure your absolute satisfaction, we offer a straightforward 15-Day Free Return Policy for eligible items.

1. CANCEL AN ORDER

We understand that plans can change. You have a window to cancel your order before it enters the fulfillment process.

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellation Fee: A 10% processing and management fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative and payment gateway costs.

  • How to Cancel: Please email us at support@fablebabe.com with your Order Number. Once the 12-hour window has passed, the order is sent to our warehouse and cannot be canceled.

2. PERSONALIZED ITEMS & EXCHANGES

Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our "made-to-order" products (items with custom names, dates, or specific designs), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part (e.g., misspelling).

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizes, designs, or shipping addresses selected during checkout. Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

3. 15-DAY FREE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

For non-personalized items, FableBabe offers Free Returns within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.

Important: If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or return.

3.1. Eligible Cases for Refund

We offer a full refund (including the original shipping fee) in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrives damaged, broken, or shattered.

  • The design, size, or material differs significantly from what you ordered.

  • The product does not match the description or the images displayed online.

3.2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused).

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Free from any alterations, smoke smells, or pet hair.

  • Note: Minor loose threads that can be easily trimmed are not considered defects.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Our support team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

  1. Email Us: Send your return request to support@fablebabe.com.

  2. Provide Documentation: You must include your proof of purchase, a photo of the shipping label, and clear photos/videos of the item’s condition.

  3. Wait for Approval: Do NOT ship your item back before receiving an email confirmation and the correct return address from our support team.

  4. Ship the Item: Since it is a Free Return, we will provide instructions or a prepaid label (if applicable) for you to ship the item back using a trackable service.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

  • Timeline: Refunds typically take 10-15 business days to appear in your bank or PayPal account, depending on your financial institution.
