1. SHIPPING SCOPE & RESTRICTIONS

Primary Market: We currently focus on serving customers within the United States.

Address Restrictions: * We do not ship to U.S. Military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place separate orders if you wish to ship items to different locations.

Please ensure your shipping address is a physical address or a valid PO Box.

2. SHIPPING TIME & COSTS
We aim for transparency in our delivery process. Our timeframes are calculated in Business Days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 6 – 10 business days from the date of purchase.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your items arrive safely.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
4. TAXES, DUTIES & FEES

Sales Tax: FableBabe does not collect any additional taxes on your orders at checkout.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or regional taxes that may be applied by local authorities. FableBabe is not liable for these additional charges.

Refusal of Delivery: Refunds will not be issued if a customer refuses to accept a package or if multiple delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS

30-Day Guarantee: If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we will issue a full refund, and you can keep the item when it arrives.

Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package:

Check around your property (front door, porch, mailbox, or with neighbors).

Contact the shipping carrier listed in your confirmation email immediately.

Incorrect Address: FableBabe is not liable for undelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing shipping information provided at checkout.
6. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Modification Window: If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us within 12 hours.

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has left our warehouse (typically within 48 hours), we can no longer revise shipping information or cancel the order.
7. DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
If your product arrives damaged or broken due to shipping, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item and contact us at support@fablebabe.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you.
