Please check the spelling, capitalisation and selected details carefully before submitting your order. Your baby’s name will be embroidered exactly as entered.

If you do not want any icons, please write:

A maximum of 3 icons may be selected. Icons will be arranged around the name in the order provided, subject to the available embroidery space.

• Standard Tracked Shipping: $4.99 USD
• Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $120.00 USD (after discounts)

Tracking & Delivery:

30-Day Return Window: Eligible non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Personalized Items: Custom/made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged, defective, or misprinted by us.

Order Cancellations & Changes:

• You can request a cancellation or change within 12 hours of placing your order.
• A 10% fee applies to customer cancellations to cover non-refundable processing costs. After 12 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.

Return Conditions & Fees:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to standard returns (change of mind).
• Customers cover return shipping costs, and original shipping fees ($4.99 USD) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Orders:

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days with photo proof for a full refund or free replacement.
