Personalized Items: Custom/made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged, defective, or misprinted by us.

- A 10% fee applies to customer cancellations to cover non-refundable processing costs. After 12 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to standard returns (change of mind).
- Customers cover return shipping costs, and original shipping fees ($4.99 USD) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
